Can I try the service for free?
Yes! Our Free plan lets you transcribe audio and video files with access to 80% of the content. No credit card required - just upload your file and start transcribing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment processor Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, you'll automatically be downgraded to the Free plan. You can still access your previous transcriptions, but new transcriptions will be limited to 80% content access.
Is there a refund policy?
