Can I try the service for free?
Yes! Our Free plan lets you transcribe audio and video files with access to 80% of the content. No credit card required - just upload your file and start transcribing. Free files are limited to 20MB each.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. PayPal is not currently supported.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can manage or cancel your subscription in the billing portal. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When your subscription expires, you'll automatically be downgraded to the Free plan. You can still access your previous transcriptions, but new transcriptions will be limited to 80% content access.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are final. However, if you experience any issues with our service, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.
What's included in the commercial license?
Pro subscribers receive a commercial license that allows you to use transcriptions for business purposes, including YouTube videos, podcasts, business presentations, and published content.
